Stay & House Rules

1. What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.


2. Is there a quiet hours policy?

Yes. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Horizon Park is intended for peaceful and relaxing stays.


3. Are pets allowed?

No. Pets are not allowed anywhere on the property, including apartments, the private beach, and common areas.


4. Is smoking allowed?

Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited inside the apartments and common areas of the building. Smoking is allowed only outdoors and on private terraces.


5. Is it possible to use a barbecue?

No. Barbecuing is not permitted anywhere on the Horizon Park premises.

 

 


Apartments & Amenities

6. Are the apartments fully equipped?

Yes. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, including an induction cooktop, microwave oven, bean-to-cup coffee machine, fridge with freezer, pots, pans, and essential kitchen utensils.

All four-person apartments additionally include a washing machine and two Smart TVs.


7. Do all apartments have a lake view?

All four-person apartments offer a lake view and include a terrace or balcony furnished with outdoor seating.


8. Do you offer Wi-Fi?

Yes. We provide high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber optic). Network details are available on the information sheet inside the apartment.

 

 


Beach & Surroundings

9. Is there a private beach on the property?

Yes. Horizon Park offers a private beach exclusively for our Guests.


10. Is the beach accessible to non-guests?

No. The beach is available only to Horizon Park Guests.


11. Is the property suitable for families with children?

Yes. Horizon Park is a popular choice for families. The beach features a gentle entry into the lake, and the area is calm and safe for children.

 

 


Parking & Access

12. How does parking work?

Guests may stop in front of the main entrance temporarily for unloading luggage. After unloading, vehicles must be moved to the private parking area, according to the instructions provided before arrival.


13. How will I receive access codes?

Access codes are sent on the day of arrival via SMS and e-mail. Codes become active from 3:00 PM.

 

 


Payments & Formalities

14. Is it possible to extend the stay or request early check-in / late check-out?

Extending your stay, early check-in, or late check-out is possible only upon prior confirmation of availability. Please contact us in advance.


15. Do you issue invoices?

Yes. We issue invoices. Please inform us of your request no later than the day of check-out.
